One of my dearest friends stay in touch through email and the rare phone call. I'll visit with her this summer when I head to TX. The way this relationship works is that we have a long history of caring about each other that transcends time and space. She's a wonderful person with a huge heart and fiestiness to match my own. I admire the way that she overcomes obstacles with a light spirit. She's funny and loves to joke. I smile everytime her email pops into my inbox. I smile from ear to ear at just the sound of her voice. I hope to keep this friendship for a lifetime. Patty is a gem!
